The Central Reserve Authority of SADR (CRA) was established in May 2016 in the aria under SADR’s supervising calling Free Zone. CRA regulates on behalf of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic. The government of SADR ensures that its regulatory and supervisory approach meets the very highest of international standards.

The Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic is self governing dependencies of the Western Sahara, but they are not part of Western Sahara, nor are they part of the Morocco. The SADR is recognised as one of the most rising world’s leading offshore finance centers established themselves as e-commerce centers of excellence.
Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic has its own government, legislature and company laws and operates with the same modern banking, insurance and investment laws. The Central Reserve Authority of SADR is a statutory body responsible for ensuring that the finance industry on SADR is well regulated.
The CRA responsible for the licensing, supervision and regulation of financial service providers including international banks, trust companies, insurance companies, mutual funds, corporate service providers, company managers, international business companies, and money transmitter services.
The Central Reserve Authority of SADR is also the sole supervisory authority of non-financial service providers, including law firms, real estate agents, car dealers, other sellers of high value commodities and luxury goods e.g. jewelers and Non-Profit Organizations and monitors compliance with their obligations in the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism legislations.
